I honestly don’t know where to begin because there’s just not enough words to express our many thanks to Ashely. From day one Ashley was there for us at any time of the day. Keeping us updated and informed and being prompt and always professional. Helping us wherever we needed. She’s just a resourceful blessing.

This was the first and only house we looked at. Somehow during my own search I must of overlooked this house. When she sent us the picture and location of the house which was close to where we were currently living. I would go and look at it everyday with my kids and family. I know I was jumping the gun but I prayed and believed this house was just for us.

When the day came for us to go and view the inside I was even more in awe. We needed all the room and yard this house offered. While standing in the yard we called our loan officer to let him know we found our house. That Sunday night around 11 something Ashley put our offer in. See I’m so glad that Ashley is dedicated to what she does because she stayed up late and submitted our offer. That next morning we found out that there were other offers but we made it in first. And from there we took off getting everything we needed for our big day.

If I had to do this whole process over I would choose Ashley over and over again. Even during the pandemic with all of its frustrations Ashley remained professional. We closed on May 22, 2020 and that was one of the best feelings and accomplishments ever. If you’re looking for a great realtor then look no more Ashley Armstrong is your girl!
